Marisa is a Calgary born performer, songwriter and playwright now based in Toronto.

Marisa is a graduate of the School of Creative and Performing Arts at the University of Calgary with distinction. Marisa has achieved her FDC stage combat certification as a Basic Actor Combatant under the teaching of John Knight. 

Marisa has won various awards including a platinum award for singing at the Calgary Performing Arts Festival,  as well as she is a two time recipient of the Noel Coward Memorial Award for excellence in acting in both 2017 and 2018. Marisa strives to engage the audience in a captivating and compelling performance, whether that be in as an actor, a dancer, a singer, or all three at once.
